About Amanzi Pump and Valve Coatings
We're a Bellville-based workshop that does one thing properly: protecting and rebuilding industrial pumps and valves so they last.
Specialists, not generalists
Amanzi means water in isiZulu and isiXhosa. Water is what most of our equipment moves, and also what destroys it. Corrosion, erosion and chemical attack shorten the life of pumps and valves in every industry, from municipal water works to food plants, wine cellars, refineries and quarries.
Where a general engineering shop might give a rusted pump a coat of paint, we strip it back, rebuild what has been lost and protect it with a coating system specified for its real working conditions. That focus is why plant managers, maintenance contractors and other pump workshops across the Western Cape send their equipment to us.
What we stand for
Integrity
If a part isn't worth saving, we say so, even when it means less work for us.
Innovation
We use modern ceramic, glass flake and novolac systems, not whatever paint happens to be on the shelf.
Quality
Surface prep is never rushed. Coatings are thickness-checked, and every job is photographed.
Free assessment
Got a pump or valve that's past its best?
Send us a few photos. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth saving, and what it'll take.
