Our corrosion coating service strips the damage back to bare metal and replaces it with a barrier built for the conditions your equipment actually sees.
Acids, caustics, chlorinated water, effluent and solvents attack metal and standard coatings alike. We select and apply lining systems matched to the exact chemical, concentration and temperature your equipment handles, so pumps, valves, ducting and tanks stay in service rather than in the scrap bin.
Sand in borehole water, silt in river abstraction, and solids in process slurry all grind down impellers, wear rings and volutes until efficiency collapses. Our ceramic-filled wear coatings rebuild the lost metal and finish it with a surface that resists erosion far better than bare cast iron.
Glass flake coatings carry thousands of thin glass platelets that lie flat and overlap inside the resin, like scales on a fish. Any moisture or chemical trying to reach the steel has to take a long, twisting route around every flake. The result is one of the most effective barrier linings available for immersed and splash-zone equipment.
When a pump or valve has had a hard life, coating alone is not enough. Our rebuild service takes the unit right back: dismantle, assess, machine and repair, rebuild worn and corroded surfaces, apply the right protective system and reassemble.
